Aaditya Patel serves as the President of Development, overseeing land entitlements and hotel brokerage services for the firm. He brings a highly analytical approach to real estate development and acquisitions, backed by a strong academic foundation. Aaditya earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and History from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, followed by a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Professional in the State of Texas, dedicated to navigating complex land use processes and securing high-value hospitality transactions for clients.
Bharat Patel
Founder & Principal Broker
With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Bharat Patel offers unparalleled expertise across commercial law, hospitality real estate advisory, and turnkey hotel development. He holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Laws (General), and a Post-Graduate Degree in Law (Special) from VNSG University in Gujarat, India, where he was formally admitted to the Bar. Today, he operates as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.
Bharat’s deep industry insight stems from his hands-on background as an owner and operator of numerous full-service and limited-service hotels early in his career. This first-hand operational knowledge allows him to bring a distinct owner-centric perspective to every transaction. Over the past three decades, he has successfully negotiated a vast portfolio of hospitality transactions across the full-service, limited-service, and extended-stay segments, while simultaneously directing the turnkey development of premium select-service hotels across the United States.
Rajshree Patel
Director of Strategic Advisory & Liaison
Rajshree Patel is a driving organizational force and Team Leader at BSG Hotels Development Advisory Services, where she provides vital strategic guidance and heads the company's liaison operations. In addition to her corporate leadership, Rajshree holds credentials as a trained Classical Homeopath (DHMS, CCH, RSHom). Driven by a passion for holistic well-being, she dedicates her spare time to guiding friends, family, and her community toward achieving a healthy balance of mind and body.
Sanjiv Patel
Director of Hotel Investments & Hospitality Management
Sanjiv Patel brings 30 years of comprehensive hospitality industry experience, with a proven track record spanning hotel development, asset management, sales, marketing, and revenue optimization. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Software, Sanjiv pairs financial precision with technical acumen, making him uniquely qualified to structure complex partnership vehicles for institutional and private hotel investments.
Throughout his career, he has successfully directed the operations of multiple full-service and limited-service properties. Prior to pivoting his focus exclusively to hotel investment and management, Sanjiv leveraged his financial background as a corporate accountant for a major international food purveyor in Cape Town, South Africa.
